Welcome Everyone ! Come and join me, Emilie, for yoga to expore, learn to improve your breathing, work on your flexibility, tone and balance.

As a complement to any summer sporting activity or to relax at any time of day.

You can book for group or private lessons.

Private lessons

Emilie's classes are adaptable to any environment, at home, outside, on the beach.

- SUP Yoga Class on le bassin d'Arcachon, Le Cercle Nautique du Ferret, in Cap Ferret,

Timetable depending on the high tide.

Price : 35€/pers (including the SUP rental)

Private SUP Yoga Lesson also available;

Outside, on the wood deck

Every Monday 9.30am and 6.30pm

Every Wednesday 7.00pm

Every Friday at 9.30am and 12.45pm

- Yoga Classes on the beach Bertic, Claouey - Depending of the wheather

- Yoga Classes in Domaine du Ferret, Balnéo and Spa Resort in Claouey (on sunday, once a month at 10.00am)
